Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through WISP.

Please review the following terms carefully prior to placing an order.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of scented candles and fragrance products, all items are final sale once opened or used.

 

Returns will be accepted only under the following circumstances

1. The item arrives damaged or defective

2. The item received is incorrect due to a fulfillment error

 

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return request, please contact hello@wispofficial.com and provide the required information as outlined below.

 

2. Defective or Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect, WISP will assume full responsibility.

 

Required documentation

Order number

Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

Photos of the outer shipping packaging

 

Return shipping

Return shipping costs will be covered by WISP

 

Inspection process

Upon receipt by our warehouse, returned items will be inspected within 3 business days

 

Refund process

Once inspection is approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days

All refunds will be issued to the Original Payment Method

 

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

 

3. Customer Remorse Returns

 

Customer remorse refers to returns requested for personal reasons, including but not limited to a change of mind or ordering an incorrect scent.

 

Conditions for acceptance

Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

 

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

 

Inspection process

Returned items will be inspected within 3 business days of warehouse receipt

 

Refund process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the Original Payment Method

Original shipping fees are non refundable.

 

4. Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances

Opened or used candles

Gift sets

Sale or promotional items
